Brand Growth Strategist & Marketing Advisor
I'm a VP of Marketing leading brand, growth, and acquisition strategy at Guidepost Global Education — the world's largest Montessori school network. My work spans paid social, performance marketing, CRM architecture, agency partnerships, and the kind of executive storytelling that turns a school network into a brand families genuinely trust.
Before that, I spent four years scaling Guidepost Montessori from the school level up — launching 50 new campuses a year, building the pre-open GTM playbook, and generating $100M+ in enrollment deposits across two years of expansion before a single door opened.
I also write. I founded The Montessori Adult on Substack, and I'm working on my first epic fantasy series — Song of the Six — because I believe the same person can love spreadsheets and world-building. They're not different skills. They're both about systems and story.

Born in London, Ontario to two Polish immigrant parents, I grew up in Colorado before life took me to California, Virginia, and the UK. Now I'm in Santa Barbara County, continuing to follow the sun wherever the Space Force sends our family next while my husband enjoys launching rockets from Vandenberg Space Force Base. I work remotely, think globally, and stay grounded in the things that actually matter: how children learn, how parents feel, and how brands show up in those moments.
My MBA is from Colorado State University (Marketing & Data Analytics specialization), my BA from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, Magna Cum Laude. I started in fashion — Halston, DKN Productions, Victoria's Secret — and brought that eye for aesthetics and consumer behavior into education marketing. It turns out parents respond to beauty the same way shoppers do.
